Deb Busser, M.A., ACC. Deb brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience in talent development and acquisition, employee relations, outplacement, and marketing to her work with individuals and organizations. She is known for her warmth, transparency and the ability to see and support new possibilities beyond her clients' wildest imaginings. She does executive coaching work, leadership development facilitation and has delivered coach training programs in the US and Europe. Deb has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and a Master's degree in Community Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell where she has also been an adjunct professor.

Deb holds coaching certifications from The Coach Training Alliance and The Evolutionary Institute. She is an active and credentialed member of the International Coach Federation and a global trainer with the Evolutionary Network. She is certified in the Lominger International 360° feedback instrument, VOICES® and is an authorized facilitator of the NOW WHAT?® program.

Dorothy Eckes, CPCC. Dorothy enjoys creating empowering, collaborative relationships. As an Evolutionary Coach, she sees others as magnificent leaders in their lives and calls them forth to create their "best life". Her innate ability to see the core issue through the fog allows her clients to shift into forward motion, identifying and focusing on their true desires. Her vision and clarity combined with her entrepreneurial background and spirit create a powerhouse of energy that supports and encourages her clients to tap their potential. Dorothy's passionate focus on visionary leaders and organizations capitalizes on her ability to champion the individual while encouraging movement and growth for the group.

Dorothy's extensive training and experience with a wide variety of coaching and facilitation models allows her to call on a broad range of tools and skills to support the emerging potential of her clients, be they individuals or groups. She has been teaching diverse groups of all sizes for 25 years as an entrepreneur, and enjoys rave reviews for her ability to present new information with clarity and humor.

Dorothy is educated and certified by The Coaches Training Institute, and has completed advanced training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) as well as Evolutionary Coaching and Leadership training.

Kenlin Wilder, MBA. Kenlin has over 20 years experience in the areas of corporate training, consulting and individual coaching, software development and support, marketing and international sales. She has a keen ability to reframe a situation and open the door to new and greater perspectives for her clients. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and a Master's in Business Administration from Boston College with concentrations in Strategy and Organizational Development.

Kenlin is a graduate of, and apprenticed with, Action Design of Wellesley, MA and received her coaching certification from The Evolutionary Network, UK. In addition to several states in the USA, she has lived in Italy, Canada, Australia, and France.
